The most common excuse people give for not working out is "lack of time". It's true we all have priorities and responsibilities, but if you look closer, you'll discover that that you do have the time to work out, even if it's for just a few minutes- hence the purpose of this post!
Physical exercise everyday has a huge benefit on our health and the way we feel, there's always a kind of spring to my steps after I finish a workout. If you need motivation, you can check out my previous post here.

- Turn your commute into a workout - If you can, get a bicycle to bike to work or for running errands around town. If you have a car, park it further away than you normally would. If you're on a bus or train, get off a few stops before your destination and walk the rest.
- If you work in an office, instead of emailing or calling your co-worker, get up and walk over to their desk. Bonus point if this requires climbing up or down the stairs to get to their desk. Try not to use the elevators, instead use the stairs, and not just leisurely, power walk up the stairs, take it to two or three steps at a time.
- Working out at work - Have a set of dumbbells in your desk. You can used these for arm curls while receiving a phone call. Use these dumbbells to do overhead presses, use your chair for sit-ups (these are perfect abs exercise). Do squats while on the phone.
- Before entering the shower, do 50 crunches on the floor of your bedroom. While brushing your teeth, perform squats!
- While watching TV, do push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, squats, and so on.

Yeah, it can be difficult to find the time to workout. Congrats on the conclusion of your new series!
DeleteI think if you can talk on the phone whilst squatting then you probably need to do something a bit harder haha! Great tips xx
