Hey guys! Week two's meal plan is exactly the same as week one's. The only difference now is that an exercise routine will be incorporated. It's nothing too technical, simply do it immediately after waking up. The reason why exercise is included in this week is because, your body will be used to the diet and then will reach a plateau. The exercise will then help to boost your metabolism.
Remember to drink warm lemon in the morning and evening. Also aim to drink at least 12 glasses of water everyday. This is the workout plan
