i was supposed to make a post on the 10 steps to diet success, but a reader mentioned she has problem with her lower body fat percentage, so, today I'm going to explain in detail how to get a slimmer tummy, better butt and leaner legs.
if you want to lose weight, the most important thing is your diet. to achieve a successful weight-loss you need 100% dedication. 70% diet and 30% exercise.
since youre focusing on the lower part of your body you have to limit your carbohydrate intake to once a week. carbohydrate like bread, rice, yam and so on. your carbohydrate intake should come from fruits and sweet potatoes.
your shopping list should look like this, chicken breast, egg whites, Greek yoghurt(plain unsweetened), green vegetable, fruits, beans, sweet potatoes, green tea, olive oil, tuna, berries, lemons. my food timetable is something like this; in the morning i take "greek yoghurt, apple, cucumber and hot lemon drink", for lunch i take "apple and dark chocolate" and for dinner i eat "boiled chicken breast, efo riro and hot lemon drink"
the exercises you need to do for the first month ; 20 squats, 20 step-ups, 10 jump squats, 20 walking lunges, 30 lunges, 40 toe touches, 50 seconds wall sit, 100 jumping jacks X2. if any of these exercises seem strange, Google it. before you start, use a tape rule, the one used by tailors to measure your tummy, waist and each thigh so you will be able to record your progress at the end of the month. these exercises are to be done 4 times a week and to maximize your workout you should do 30 minutes of cardiovascular workouts 5 times a week. cardio workouts include running and walking. on the treadmill i walk on an incline or jog.
if any other reader wants to try out these diet and exercises add me up on bbm "7C78200C" i would gladly guide you step by step. by the way if you faithfully follow these steps, you can have what is called a "cheat meal" once a week. i have mine Saturday afternoon. then, i eat whatever i want in moderation. you should try to drink at least 2 litres of water everyday and avoid alcohol-based drinks while you're on this diet.
