5 TIPS TO KEEP GOING

If you're finding it difficult to keep on track, here are 5 tips to keep you going

SET SPECIFIC GOALS
Whether it is muscle gain or weight loss, set goals so you can make continual progress. Be realistic though.


PLAN MEALS AND TRAINING
Know what you're going to eat, so that you won't fall off your track and also how you're going to exercise. This keeps you accountable.


MAKE GRADUAL CHANGES, NOT ALL AT ONCE
Much success comes from trying new things. Go slow to see what works for you. Plus you avoid getting burned out.

SCHEDULE TREAT MEALS
Indulging every once in a while is OK. Make it part of your diet by planning them so you look forward to it.

BE EASY. LEARN TO FORGIVE YOURSELF
This is a lifelong journey. Lose the anxiety about trying to be perfect. If you make a mistake, keep going!
