Anyways if you're like me and can't seem to have the time to go to the Gym, then check out these awesome apps. I'm not sure if they're on the android play store. But it's definitely on the App Store.
If you use android, go to the fitness and health category on the play store and check out the apps that are closest to the one I listed below. These apps act as personal trainers, so you can workout at home. All you need are dumbbells.
1. My Fitness Pal
You record your meals into these app. It helps track your calorie intake and shows how many calorie you're to take if you want to lose weight.
2. C25K Free (couch to 5kilometres)
These app guides you as you run. The time range is between 25-40 mins. At the end of the program you should be able to run 5k. The app suggests using the app 3 times a week, but for maximum effort, I'll suggest 5times each week.
3. Daily Workouts Free
This app is very good. You should do it before or after the run. If you faithfully stick to these apps you'll definitely see results.
