Recent Makeup Haul

Woo ooh!! Another makeup haul. I got these bits over the past two weeks and decided to share it with you guys. I'll do reviews on each item later.

I was on a serious hunt for nude lipstick. I was wary about getting just any kind of nude lipstick, because what's nude for someone wouldn't be nude for me. I also didn't want a lipstick that was shimmery or will sit weirdly on my lips. One day , while scrolling through my Instagram page, I saw my friend sporting the perfect nude lips. It was the Inglot slim gel lipstick in shade #49.

I immediately drove to my local Inglot store and bought this beauty. I love how creamy it is *sigh*. I didn't know how much I needed a nude lipstick until I got it. Though a bit pricey for me, but no regrets here!

While at the mall, I saw this beautiful store which immediately reminded me of superdrug and boots. It was Invivos. It took all my will strength to leave with just these two items by sleek.

I got two sleek lipliner in "Rich Brown" and "Ruby". I got the rich brown shade to use with the Inglot lipstick and the ruby shade to use with some of the other lipstick shades I already own. I have used these a couple of times and they're quite creamy.

I went into the House of Tara and got this lovely rouge shade. It's called Ms D. What I love most about this lipstick and that of Inglot's is that it's slim which makes application so much easier. The lipstick is supposedly matte, but it actually feels more creamy than matte. I love it though and have worn it a couple of times. 

At House of Tara also, I got the Maybelline mascara. I had to, it was super duper cheap. It works ok, I have been reaching for it since I bought it. I'll do an intensive review later on. The packaging is so beautiful though. 

I ordered these next items online. It's the Maybelline Color Tattoo in "Rich Mahogany" and "Gold Shimmer". I've heard so many wonderful reviews about these products and since I don't own any creamy eyeshadow, I decided to get them and they were cheap and I had vouchers and so I got them free and only paid for delivery.

The products came in this box. At first, I thought they delivered the wrong package or gave me me an extra gift *sigh*. 

The last thing I got was this Classic Makeup U.S.A lipstick in Pure Purple. This lipstick is similar to the M.U.A. brands, in that they're usually snobbed, because of how cheap it is. A makeup store gave me one last month in the shade ruby woo (by the way it's a great due for mac's ruby woo) and I absolutely loved it. So, while out buying groceries yesterday, I saw this brand and they had a lot of different shades, but I loved this purple shade.

I put it on to work today, and I absolutely loved the look. The purple is just magnificent.
