TRANSFORMATION MONDAY


Hello, it's been so long. 2013 was a really great year, I was able to accomplish one of my greatest challenges. That is one of the main reasons I'm recuperating this blog. July 2013, ASUU went on an indefinite strike. The day the strike was announced I sat down and gave a lot of thought to my health. I then decided to use the strike to live a healthy lifestyle. I didn't know if I would succeed, because this was not the first time i was making such resolution, But this time I was really determined and from July 4, I've not looked back.
 So what's the point of all this?
Since school resumed this January I've been bombarded with questions and exclamations about my weight loss. And so i decided to use this medium to explain in details how i did it and how anyone interested can do it.
 There was no shortcut or diet gimmick. All this was accomplished through "clean eating" and "exercise". I had no personal trainer or nutritionist, I did some research and stuck to what i thought was suitable for my health and body. And with determination I was able to exceed my initial goal in six months. As i tell people if I can do it then seriously there's no excuse.
 Well as time goes on I'm going to reveal in details how I started, the challenges I initially faced and still face, the apps that helped me, the helpful accounts on Instagram, the diet I followed, the exercises i did and so on.
